Stir Fried Salted Egg Yolk with Bittergourd
Last night was rather a quiet homey and we decided to have a simple and casual food, the near by Hakka Rang Restaurant was our choice. The menu read an extensive list of dishes and looked tasty too. We kept is simple and we ordered Stir Fried Salted Egg Yolk with Bittergourd, Steamed Minced Pork with Salted Fish and Hakka Toufu Kang.
Steamed Minced Pork with Salted Fish
I just love the Stir Fried Salted Egg Yolk with Bittergourd that came first. Sliced to the right thickness and coasted well with egg yolk while tasted deliciously. Having a dip int the cut bird eye chillies with soy, the whole taste turn into rather an excitement, what’s more to have it with a bowl of white rice. Lovely!
Came running to the table was the steamed mince pork with salted fish. It was really tasty. The sauce was sipping into my my rice and was playing with my appetite. I just love it but still craving for my mum’s steamed mince pork. 
Hakka Toufu Kang
Soft in texture, silky as it sipped in. That was thier Hakka Toufu Kang in claypot. Love it ! . . . . . it was a great relaxing dinner, Sidney Kan
